When joining the Hong Kong internship program, you need obtain a Hong Kong training visa that allows you to undertake an internship in HK for a limited period of time and it also allows you to exit and re enter Hong Kong as often as you want during the determined period of time matching your visa length.
Elite Intern provides visa assistance for all of our participants in the Hong Kong internship program. The visa cost is included in the program tuition. Upon receipt of your visa we will mail it to you with clear instructions on how to use it.
Elite Intern will email you a list of documents needed to process your training visa. It will normally take about 4-6 weeks to process the visa or entry permit application, so we suggest our candidates to send us all the required documents at least 10 weeks prior the start of your internship in HK.
Visa application fee is included in the tuition.
* Hong Kong residents with a valid Hong Kong passport or ID card will not require a visa. * Chinese nationals please contact our counselor for more information. * Training visa application does not apply to nationals from Afghanistan, Cuba, Laso, Korea ( Democratic People's Republic of ) and Nepal.
Insurance
All participants need to buy travel insurances and medical plans to cover expenses on injury, acute illness, and accident for all program participants before you start your internship. Insurance is not included in the program tuition.
